You cannot choose if the therapist is a male or female on these specials. The 30 Minute FREE gift Certificate massage is designed to be used ONLY for future individual therapist services that do not involve two therapists in the same massage session or massaging two people at the same time in the same room. You can use the 30 minute FREE gift certificate by calling or emailing us and setting up an advanced appointment. The time you want may not be available unless you give us several days notice in advance as we do not have any walk in service at our facility. You can use the 30 minute FREE gift certificate by itself in a 30 Minute session, or use it in conjunction with another individual service by buying something else. The 30 minute FREE gift certificate and massage packages is a limited edition certificate and cannot be used with, but not limited to, any 4 hand massage, usf discounts, old gift certificates, new client discounts, same room massages, dual massages, coupons, old agreements, any outstanding purchases already made prior to October 28th, 2009, couples massages, membership massages, or the massage packages at discount. All other provisions of our disclaimers apply to this 30 minute FREE gift certificate also.

Most orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail delivery confirmation receipt or Signature Confirmation (orders $250 or above) or Express mail. You will receive email confirmation and a tracking number when shipped. True Gift Certificates or Credit Memos do not have an expiration date that was issued on or after June 28th, 2007 according to Florida Laws. We now have a second option in processing gift certificates. You can open up the PDF file on www.massageandgifts.com website and print them out yourself after you order. This process protects the buyer, seller and the gift certificate recipient and makes sure the gift certificates and/or products are received in a timely manner so there is no confusion later.

Gift Certificates and/or special coupons/Yearly Programs, and Redemption Policy
Gift Certificates may be purchased on Pay Pal, in the office, picked up in the office when you buy them in person by advance appointment, and/or will be mailed to the person that placed the order at the Paypal confirmed address. We can also ship to other locations you state in addition to the confirmed address by purchasing extra shipping for $6.00 to each separate location. All certificates and coupons will be serviced from 10am until 1pm Monday through Friday by advance appointment; (Last appointment at 1:00pm for Gift Certificate(s) and/or special coupon redemptions), and Noon on Saturdays by appointment (Gift Certificate redemption on Saturday will be scheduled starting at noon or the next available appointment from the start time of noon and/or whichever is earlier). The physical paper copy of the gift certificate and/or Special Coupon, and/or coupon has to be presented for service. Gift certificates will not be split up into extra sessions and at a very minimum, a 24-Hour advance schedule notice must be given to redeem a gift certificate(s); two weeks notice recommended. All redemptions will be scheduled to fit our therapist’s schedules, existing client load, and other factors at Youneedmassage.com and Massageandgifts.com's discretion on a case-by-case basis. We recommend at least 14 days (two weeks) prior gift certificate and/or special promo coupon reservation notices to get the time and date you want. A particular male or female therapist usually is not offered or guaranteed with a Gift Certificate redemption unless you are willing to pay an extra $30 cash per each session you have with the therapist you requested. Telephone Orders
Orders for gift certificates and appointment reservations may be accepted by telephone. The requirement is that you email us your authorization to charge your credit/debit card account depending on your order at our discretion. Orders will be processed when we receive the correct documentation. The appointment line will help you, but does not take the place of emailing us with your final authorization.
Website Design, Hosting, and Optimization.
Optimization services can also be purchased to get the new website into the search engines, databases, and highly visible. We will work hand in hand with the gift recipient to develop the website in the shortest, most efficient time, and we need feedback at every step of the process.

Just pay a one-time startup Membership non-refundable fee and you get a 20% discount on the Membership program all year long. Programs last one year from the date of purchase. Each person needs to purchase his or her own membership program. No minors under the age of 18 allowed in the MEMBERSHIP. Normal policies, procedures, and redemption policies apply. You can come in as much as you want or as little as you want. On the Membership plans, there are no restrictions on Massages within certain amounts of time, except for the year expiration date on the Membership. The purchase of the membership is only for the purchaser of the membership and it does not apply to other members of the family, friends, or relatives. Everyone needs to purchase his or her own membership. The One-Time per year Membership fee, processing, and payment plan fees are non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel or not receive massage any more and/or we go out of business, and/or change the scope of our business to outcall only. Outcalls at your location are not covered by this agreement. If you purchase gift certificates under the MEMBERSHIP plan for yourself or others, all our regular redemption policies apply and no same day service on gift certificates.
When using the PLANS, no other coupon or discount programs, gift certificates, or stacked Benefits can be used in a particular MEMBER massage session. 24-hour notice on appointments is not required, but suggested. The longer the notice that you give, the better the odds of getting an appointment when you want them. We do not accept last minute calls on the phone or email for the same day appointments. This is a membership plan and your sessions should be planned with notice. That is why you are receiving a 20% Discount. Cancellation policies, no show policies, and all other redemption polices remain the same as any other massage session. All PLANS do not include outcall, chair massage, and medical massage program, gratuities, credit and debit card fees, late fees, any unlawful services, draping fees, the 30-Minute Massage, and SPA add on services. No Guarantee of a male or female gender therapist and/or certain therapist and you must accept whomever is on duty or you are still responsible for all charges and fees for that particular session. Individual therapists have varied office hours and may not be available without several days advanced notice. The skilled therapist you receive will be the therapist available at the time of your appointment. Gratuities are extra over any special fees. All websites policies apply.
